Election demands (want in written from every candidate, regardless of parties, who will approach voters to vote for  him/her) :

"You are welcome to debate only if you are agree on following demands. Else please walk out!"

1. I will annihilate caste from my constituency
2. I will introduce 'Annihilation of Caste' as a national agenda & will give first priority to implement it
3. I will declare RSS as terrorist organization in India & in UN within month
4. I will take out religion conversion ban acts from various states
5. I will include Pali language in 8th schedule of Constitution & will allocate funds for its propagation
6. I will handover Bodhgaya Vihar & it's trust to Buddhist community, no other religion person will be on trust board
7. I will allocate 10% amount on education from the annual budget
8. I will re-establish Planning Commission & will make it part of Constitution by amendment
9. I will amend Constitution for - if elected member lied to its promises given before/during election, s/he will be disqualified and banned for next 20 years
10. I will introduce 50% reservation for Buddhist+SC+ST+OBC+Females in private sector (as it is in Constitution) on all positions
11. I will introduce a bill of maximum wealth limit of an individual & organization. Rest wealth will be asset of Govt of India
12. I will introduce a bill of temple & pujari/priest wealth+donation to be used for education of Buddhist+SC+ST+OBC+Females in Govt. Schools+colleges+universities+institutes
13. I will remove ban of beef eat, sale, store & transport
14. I will introduce a bill of 50% reservation for females in all sectors, in all categories
15. I will dissolve all castes panchayats within a year
16. I will ban Kumbhmela & utilize that money for education in Govt. Schools+colleges+universities+institutes
17. I will ban smoking & alcohol drinking completely
18. I will dissolve ban on below 10th literate/illiterate people for election from various states
19. I will introduce a bill for 50% reservation (for female, Buddhist, SC, ST, OBC) at priest+trustee level in all  temples+masjids+churches+buddhavihars+gurudwaras
20. I will introduce a bill for free & compulsory defense and weapon training for Buddhist and females from school to University
21. I will introduce a bill to ban castes based matrimonies & matrimonial ads within 6 months. If found, punishment to marry in the community which was mentioned as exclusion in the ad.
22. I will introduce a bill to prevent & punish calling India (that is Bharat) as hindusthan or any other names
23. I will introduce a bill to demolish those temples+masjids (including punishment to temple trusties, priests) which do not allow/restrict Buddhist/SC/ST/OBC/Females in those temples+masjids
24. I will remove & destroy statue of anti-human Manu from Rajasthan High Court
25. I will make Buddha Jayanti (birth anniversary), 14 April and 14 October DhammaChakkaPavattan day as national holidays that bound to private sector too
26. I will introduce Buddhist+SC+ST+OBC+Female 50% reservation bill in judiciary & in print+TV media
27. I will reprint all volumes of 'Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar : Writings & Speeches' at least 10 lakh copies of each volume. These volumes to be gifted to every county free of cost.
28. I will introduce a bill to take out Sanskrit as mandatory subject from all courses and make compulsory to study Dr. Ambedkar's book 'Annihilation of Castes' and 'Constitution of India' in all schools+colleges+universities+Institutions
29. I will fill all the backlog of Buddhist+SC+ST+OBC+Females in all sectors within a year
30. I will make sure that savarna's 50% quota to be filled in all dirty jobs (manual scavenging, waste picking, removing dead animal's skin, eating dead animals, railway track+toilets cleaning, drainage cleaning etc.) within a month. If they deny, imprisonment for 14 years.
31. I will make a law to allow guns to Buddhist+SC+ST people & also amend to let them kill max two savarnas per year as defense
32. I will amend the Constitution, that 50% ministers must be females (& that should also be filled from Buddhist+SC+ST+OBC as per their population)
33. I will publish and circulate detailed (what, why, how, where) to-the-point plan of action document about how I and my party is going to implement these demands with date wise statistics. This document to be published before 6 months of election date
34. I will make a provision in 'SC ST Prevention of Atrocity Act' that Judgement must be given by a court  within a year in Atrocity case. If not, judge will be punished. Inspector + SP + Home Minister + Palak Mantri also be punished if any of them - refused to file an Atrocity FIR or filed cross-complaint against SC/ST or not arrested the culprits or helping the culprits or threatening SC/ST. Media must publish their (victims and culprits) castes in news.
35. I will make a law to Nationalize the entire land of India
36. I will make a law to let farmer decide their agricultural product prices
37. I will make a law to make KG to PG + vocational + professional education completely free of cost, including private & public institutions. To bear this cost, will increase the Education Cess to 2%
38. I will make 3 January a 'Teachers Day of India' in remembrance of Bodhisatva Savitribai Phule birth anniversary and will be celebrated in all schools + colleges + universities + institutes
39. I will introduce a bill to get all political parties under RTI act and all (one rupee to crores rupees) donations + transactions compulsorily made through bank only. If any party fail/reject to do so, will ban those party

Agreement

I understood & agreed on above mentioned voter's demands and promise to start its implementation within a month from the date I got elected. If I fail to do so, I hereby allow the voters to call me liar+anti-national+whatever they want & file a complaint of fraud against me & publish my lies on social+print+TV medias. I will not have any objection at all & will not file any complaints against any voter.

मतदाताओं की चुनावी मांगे (वोट मांगने के लिए आये उम्मीदवार से लिखित में चाहते हैं):

"अगर आप निचे लिखी मांगों पर सहमत है तो ही चर्चा की जाएगी, वरना चलते बनीए!"

1. मैं अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से जाति का पूर्ण विनाश करूँगी/गा
2. मैं 'जातिविनाश' को राष्ट्रीय एजेंडा बनाकर इसे लागू करने के लिए पहली प्राथमिकता दुंगी/गा
3. मैं एक महीने के भीतर, आरएसएस को भारत में और संयुक्त राष्ट्र में आतंकवादी संघटन घोषित एव शामिल करुँगी/गा
4. मैं विभिन्न राज्यों से धर्मान्तर प्रतिबंध कानून वापस लुंगी/गा और उन्हें रद्द करुँगी/गा
5. मैं भारतीय संविधान की 8 वी अनुसूची में पाली भाषा शामिल करुँगी/गा और पाली भाषा के प्रचार के लिए धन आवंटित करुँगी/गा
6. मैं बोधगया विहार बौद्ध समुदाय के हवाले करुँगी/गा और अन्य धर्म की व्यक्ति बोर्ड पर नहीं होगी इसका क़ानूनी प्रावधान करुँगी/गा
7. मैं वार्षिक बजट से शिक्षा के लिए 10% राशी आवंटित करुँगी/गा
   
8. मैं योजना (नियोजन) आयोग को पुनःस्थापित करुँगी/गा और यह संशोधन द्वारा संविधान का हिस्सा बनाउंगी/गा
   
9. यदि निर्वाचित सदस्य चुनाव के दौरान या चुनाव के पहले दिए गए अपने वादों से मुकरता है तो उसे अयोग्य घोषित कर, दण्डित कर, अगले 20 साल के लिए किसी भी चुनाव के लिए प्रतिबंधित करुँगी/गा
   
10. मैं संविधान के अनुसार, निजी क्षेत्र में सभी पदों पर, बौद्ध + अनुसूचित जाति + अनुसूचित जनजाति + ओबीसी + महिलाओं के लिए 50% आरक्षण लागू करुँगी/गा
    
11. मैं व्यक्ति एवं संग� न की अधिकतम धन सीमा का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा। बाकी धन भारत सरकार की संपत्ति हो जाएगा
    
12. मैं मंदिर और पुजारी का धन एवं दान, बौद्ध + अनुसूचित जाति + अनुसूचित जनजाति + ओबीसी + महिलाओं की शिक्षा के लिए ही इस्तेमाल करने का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा। यह कानून स्कूल + कॉलेज + विश्वविद्यालय + निजी संस्थान सभी को लागु करुँगी/गा
    
13. मैं गाय/बैल के मांस के खाने, बिक्री, जमा और परिवहन के प्रतिबंध को हटा दूंगी/गा
    
14. मैं, सभी श्रेणियों में, सभी क्षेत्रों में, महिलाओं के लिए 50% आरक्षण का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
15. मैं एक साल के भीतर सभी जाति पंचायतों को भंग करुँगी/गा
    
16. मैं कुम्भमेले पर प्रतिबंध लगाकर, वह पैसा शिक्षा के लिए उपयोग में लाने का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
17. मैं धूम्रपान और शराब पीना पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंध करुँगी/गा
    
18. मैं विभिन्न राज्यों से चुनाव के लिए 10 वीं के निचले / अनपढ़ लोगों पर लगे प्रतिबंध को हटाऊंगी/गा
    
19. मैं, सभी मंदिर + मस्जिद + चर्च + बुद्धविहार + गुरुद्वारा में, महिला + बौद्ध + अनुसूचित जाति + अनुसूचित जनजाति + ओबीसी के लिए, पुजारी और ट्रस्टी स्तर पर 50% आरक्षण का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
20. मैं, महिलाओं के लिए स्कूल से लेकर विश्वविद्यालय तक, नि:शुल्क और अनिवार्य रक्षा प्रशिक्षण क्लासेस का विधेयक पेश करुँगी/गा
    
21. मैं 6 महीने के भीतर, जाति आधारित वैवाहिक संस्थाए एवं वैवाहिक विज्ञापनों पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा | अगर विज्ञापन में किसी जाति को/के व्यक्ति को अस्वीकार/नकारने का जिक्र आए तो, उस व्यक्ति को, नकारे गए जाति में ही शादी करने की सजा का प्रावधान इस कानून में करुँगी/गा
22. मैं, भारत देश को इंडिया या भारत के अलावा किसी अन्य नाम (उदा. हिंदुस्तान) से उल्लेखित किया तो उस व्यक्ति/संस्था/पक्ष को सज़ा देने का और उसे चुनाव से २० साल तक निष्काषित करने का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
23. जिन मंदिर/मस्जिद में बौद्ध / अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / ओबीसी / महिलाओं अनुमति नहीं है, या प्रतिबंधित किया जाएगा, उन (मंदिर/मस्जिद ट्रस्टी, पुजारियों) को सजा सहित मंदिर/मस्जिद को ध्वस्त करने का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
24. मैं, राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय के सामने की मानवविरोधी मनु का पुतला नष्ट करूँगी/गा
    
25. मैं, बुद्ध जयंती, 14 अप्रैल और 14 अक्टूबर - धम्मचक्कपवत्तन - को राष्ट्रीय छुट्टी में सम्मिलित करुँगी/गा जो निजी क्षेत्र के लिए भी बाध्य रहेगा
    
26. मैं, न्यायपालिका और प्रिंट + टीवी मीडिया में, बौद्ध + अनुसूचित जाति + अनुसूचित जनजाति + ओबीसी + महिला के लिए 50% आरक्षण का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
27. मैं, 'डॉ. बाबासाहेब अम्बेडकर: लेखन और भाषण' के प्रत्येक खंड के कम से कम 10 लाख प्रतियोंका पुनर्मुद्रण करूँगी/गा । यह संस्करण हर देश को उपहार में दुंगी/गा
    
28. मैं, किसी भी पा� ्यक्रम में संस्कृत विषय अनिवार्य नहीं रहेगा और सभी (सरकारी, निजी) स्कूल + कॉलेज + विश्वविद्यालय + संस्थान में डॉ अम्बेडकर की पुस्तक 'जाति का विनाश' और 'भारतीय संविधान' का अध्ययन अनिवार्य करने का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
29. मैं एक साल के भीतर सभी क्षेत्रों में बौद्ध + अनुसूचित जाति + अनुसूचित जनजाति + ओबीसी + महिलाओं के सभी बैकलॉग को भरुंगी/गा
    
30. मैं एक महीने के भीतर, सवर्ण का 50% कोटा सभी गंदे काम (मैला ढोना, कचरा उठाना, मरे हुए जानवर की खाल निकालना, मृत पशुओं को ढोना, रेलवे ट्रैक + शौचालयों की सफाई करना, सीवर की सफाई करना आदि) में भरुंगी/गा। यदि वे इनकार करते हैं, उन्हें आजीवन कारावास की शिक्षा का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
31. बौद्ध + अनुसूचित जाति + अनुसूचित जनजाति के लोगों को, संरक्षण के लिए, भरी हुई बंदूक रखने का और बचाव के रूप में प्रति वर्ष अधिकतम दो सवर्ण को मारने का कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
32. किसी भी (केंद्र/राज्य/गाव) मंत्रीमंडल में 50% मंत्रि महिला होना अनिवार्य (और वह भी बौद्ध + अनुसूचित जाति + अनुसूचित जनजाति + ओबीसी की जनसंख्या के अनुसार  भरना) करने के लिए संविधान संशोधन करूँगी/गा
    
33. मैं, मतदाताओं की इन चुनावी मांगों को किस प्रकार लागु करूँगी/गा, इसका विस्तृत (क्या, क्यों, कैसे, कहाँ) दस्तावेज़, आँकड़ों के साथ, चुनाव की तारीख के 6 महीने पहले प्रकाशित करूँगी/गा
    
34. मैं, अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति (अत्याचार प्रतिबंध) अधिनियम, १९८९ के मामले एक वर्ष के भीतर ही निर्णय देना अनिवार्य करने का तथा ऐसा न होने पर जज + इंस्पेक्टर + एसपी + गृहमंत्री + पालकमंत्री को भी दंडित किए जाने का प्रावधान करुँगी/गा | साथ ही मीडिया में अत्याचार करनेवाले और होने वाले, दोनों की जातिया प्रकाशित करना अनिवार्य करने का भी प्रावधान करुँगी/गा।
    
35. मैं भारत की पूरी भूमि का राष्ट्रीयकरण करने के लिए कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
36. किसान अपने कृषि उत्पादों की कीमतों को खुद ही तय करेंगे ऐसा कानून बनाऊंगी/गा
    
37. केजी से लेके पीजी + व्यावसायिक + पेशेवर शिक्षा पूरी तरह मुफ्त (निजी और सार्वजनिक संस्थानों सहित) करने के लिए कानून बनाऊंगी/गा और इस लागत के लिए 2% शिक्षा उपकर में वृद्धि करनेका प्रावधान रखूंगी/गा
    
38. मैं बोधिसत्व सावित्रीबाई फुले की जयंती, 3 जनवरी को 'भारत का शिक्षक दिवस' घोषित कर सभी स्कूलों + कॉलेजों + विश्वविद्यालयों + संस्थानों में मनानेका प्रावधान करुँगी/गा
    
39. मैं, सभी राजनीतिक दलों को आरटीआई अधिनियम में शामिल करुँगी/गा और राजनीतिक दलों की एक रुपये से लेकर करोडो रुपये तक का सभी दान + लेनदेन बैंक के माध्यम से ही करना अनिवार्य करुँगी/गा । अगर कोई पार्टी इस में विफल होती हैं या ऐसा करने मना करती है, उस पार्टी को प्रतिबंध करुँगी/गा
